Mortise lock is provided with latch bolt & deadbolt made of zinc based die-cast alloy.

It can be dead locked from inside with the help of a button which gives additional safety.

Latch can be converted from inside opening to outside opening (right hand to left hand) or vice versa just by pulling the latch bolt & rotating it by 180° without opening the latch at site.
